The burner is made of 1.5 mm thick structural steel and the safety container is made of 1 mm thick structural steel. The two-layer structure of the burner (burner + safety container removable with the burner mounted) protects against fuel leakage, the tightness of which is tested at a pressure of 0.3 MPa. The side walls of the burner and the back wall provide radiant heat. The burner is equipped with a lid (movable valve - burner lid) that allows you to regulate the intensity of the flame. The top plates of the burner are made of high-quality 6 mm thick boiler steel, which guarantees reliability.
The burner uses a ceramic absorbent insert (safe bio insert), which prevents the biofuel from escaping in the event of a strong impact or tilting of the burner. At the same time, the biofuel burns more evenly. The absorbent cartridge is dark in color, so it does not contrast with the burner, as is the case with white cartridges.
The biofuel burns for up to 6 hours, depending on the shutter setting. A burner with a Zigzag generates a slightly more dynamic fire, there may be more single flames than with burners with a straight cut.
Burner for individual installation - setup. It is recommended to install the burner only in material that can withstand higher temperatures, the upper part of the burner housing can heat up to about 80 degrees. When using plasterboard, we only recommend the fire-resistant version.
